    Easy walk into town well equipped kitchenette comfortable bedding small balcony mountain views parking available- reception helpful- we requested an hour earlier check in and an hour later checkout and no problem - also stored excess luggage for for 10 days while we were on a cruise and baggage put back in our room for second stay

    Spacious and clean apartment however there was a horrible smell of fried fish when we opened the door. An easy walk into town. We found the road noise very loud so not ideal if you are a light sleeper.

    The place is very central so could walk anywhere without the hassle of parking. Well appointed, serviced on request, and clean; only disappointment was shower which had almost no pressure. All paperwork was done efficiently and appreciated the helpful staff member who carried our bags up the many steps. Is located on a busy road (although traffic confined to early morning and at end of working day) so might not appeal to those wanting peace and quiet.

    A great place to stay. It is within a 5 minute walk to the CBD. There are many hills in Queenstown but, minimal hill climbing when staying at the Whistler Apartment's. We were very close to many shops, restaurants, and beautiful sites. If you go on tours, most of the tour operators use a location that is very close to the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful in providing information. The room had many nice amenities. Across the street is the bus stop that will take you to the village of Arrows town. A nice way to spend a few hours. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

    The apartments are in a good position and an easy walk to the town centre. Our apartment was clean and comfortable and helpful with our late check in. Our only negative was all the stairs, as we are seniors dragging 2 large suitcases behind & lifting them all the way to the last apartment
