Location

The hotel is located in the heart of Wellington's business and shopping district and only a 5-minute walk from the harbour. Wellington International Airport is situated roughly 30 km from the hotel.

    The staff were very freindly and helpful, we stayed on the 21st floor with harbour view and it was amazing at night. Good price for what we gotIt's in a great location, we just left the car at the hotel and walked everywhere.Would reccommend

    I stayed at other group hotels and they were good so I decided to stay here for my weekend away with my son. At the check in, there was no explanation on "what's included" and we were just given room keys. I had to ask for breakfast (which was included), and complementary drinks at the bar (which was also included). There was no explanation on where the breakfast is served, nor the drinks are served and when. We tried going to the bar several times during out two nights stay - it was never open - apparently the bar doesn't open on the weekend! They could have mentioned it when they issued the complementary drink voucher, and perhaps offer an alternative. I am not usually a complainer but I thought there was lack of information provided, unless you ask. I had to ask for everything.We had late check out included in our deal too, but at that time, I was tired of "asking" so we just checked out in the morning. One good thing was location. It was central and well-connected by bus/cable car or could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Unfortunately, for my next trip, I would choose different hotel.
