    Rooms are loud could here everyone opening and closing there doors. Shook the walls. rooftop bar was loud.. ppl parting till past 1am both nights .. bed was only comfort we had..

    Great hotel. Excellent staff. Very pleasant room and as the Hotel is so central everything is within walking distance. The room supplied hot chocolate was delicious! And the carpark was so good! Thank you!

    It was nice clean place , very welcoming stuff. It has veri thin walls and the fridge is very noisy in the night. Otherwise not a bad place.

    Great staff the bedding and pillows were so good. Bathroom dated but everything worked fine. The roof top bar is a must and Arborist restaurant is excellent food and reasonable price. My new must stay when visiting Wellington.

    Second time staying at the Trinity, good location and very close to my son’s student halls (was visiting for the weekend). Requested a room away from the street and not too close to the rooftop bar which was happily accommodated on the 3rd floor. View out the window was of the wall of the building opposite but didn’t matter as I was only there to sleep. Room small but warm and comfortable. A bit noisy at night with the room fridge coming on throughout the night (could not find a way to unplug it) and doors banging in corridor all night, earplugs helped with this. On my second night the room next to mine seemed to be occupied by a large group of noisy young men whom I could hear talking loudly through the wall, and who kept banging the wall right next to my bed making the wall vibrate and the bed shake. This was quickly remedied by a phone call to reception who sorted it out immediately. No information in room regarding how to order room service and no menus, but again after a phonecall to reception this was quickly remedied. Overall a good stay with reception staff friendly and helpful.
