    Mould on the ceiling in bathroom, room not very clean. Not best access to front hotel with suit cases,over due for upgrade

    This is a good choice for a budget hotel. The negative reviews seem unfair. This is not a luxury hotel but a little dated budget hotel. During my stay I felt it was perfectly ok. the room and hallways were clean. The staff were friendly and it is in walking distance to Zealandia (if you don't mind a 30 minute walk uphill). The roads outside are busy but it was quiet at night. It takes c. 20 minutes to walk to the waterfront. During my stay there was no breakfast offered, but each room has a kettle, and there are breakfast options nearby.

    Dirty!I would not call this a hotel. More like a hostel. Mould on curtains. Stains on curtains. Toilet unclean. Would not stay again.. ever

    Filthy, old, disgustingStayed here on a group trip.On arrival, I noticed how run down and completely dilapidated the building looked. The same applied indoors, with all facilities crying for a makeover.The rooms however, were even worse, with mould, stains, peeling walls, no air conditioning and ancient furniture.The worst part is the price. It is positioned very similarly to chained and better equipped hotels. Therefore, I do not see any reason to stay here. Go for an Ibis or a newer hotel.
