This elegant, first-class hotel lies directly beside the beautiful local sandy beach just a few minutes walk from the lively centre where guests will discover many shopping and entertainment venues. Links to the public transport network are to be found directly out front.

Facility

The hotel has 108 rooms, including 5 suites and 89 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema.     Once again my wife and I enjoyed a relaxing break at the Palm Beach. We stayed in a junior suite on a b&b basis. As usual breakfast was a delight, and the hot offerings all very enticing.As returning guests, we have made an effort to learn enough turkish to say good morning, good evening, thank you and the bill please, and the effort really pays off.We love the beach area (apart from the so called music eminating from the beach restaurant at times), and there is never a problem finding loungers.We only ate dinner once in the restaurant, but as usual the quality and variety was first class. Desserts were varied and imaginatively presented.I would agree with some reviews regarding the decor - yes it could do with a makeover, but this did not impact on our stay. We will be booking again for next year.

    We have stayed here many times but this will probably be our last. The service was poor, we felt that they couldn’t be bothered to serve foreign guests. The room was small and had a lingering smell of smoke. Drinks were expensive. On one day they hosted a political dinner accompanied by very loud rock music - not conducive to a relaxing break.

    Although nicely decorated, the concept was quite odd compared to other hotels in the area. During booking we chose the breakfast and dinner included option, however after checking in and we found out they don’t provide any amount of ‘decent’ drinks for both meals, which was quite disappointing.Additionally, the sea is quite rocky, and contains a very small area of the ocean. It is difficult to reach the deep clean areas. Shoreline is like a children’s pool!Last but not the least, despite the fact that we booked early, we ended up paying more than the same day booking. Overall, we ended up paying more for less than 3-star-hotel service. I would not recommend.

    Avoid, overpriced, run down rooms , rude staff and poor air conditioning

    Avoid . Overpriced. Rooms have broken carpets. Very old rooms that lack maintenance. Air conditioning works on an ON/OFF basis , no thermostat, so it's either super hot or super cold. They were changing the carpet in the corridor outside our room making lots of noise and then complained they ignored us. Breakfast place was FULL, super noisy small dinning place with kids shouting. Staff not properly trained, who never smile and look unhappy . For 275 euros it's a rip off. We were the only non Turkish tourists there, they made us feel uncomfortable. Poor English spoken.

    Nice beachfront hotel

    We had an amazing stay overall at this beachfront hotel! The location, friendly staff, delicious food (especially the breakfast and dinner buffets), spacious rooms with sea views, and entertainment like music and shows all made for a fantastic experience. The cleanliness of the water and beach was also a big plus.The only downside, was the mosquito issue—having to hunt them at night. As a result of killings we left many blood stains on the walls. It is surprising that the hotel did not provide plug-in mosquito repellents (which are much safer than chemical sprays). Keeping windows and balcony doors closed seems to be the key to avoiding them.It is also interesting that the guests were mostly Turkish, with few foreign tourists during our stay—perhaps a more local vibe, which can be nice for immersion. And having a casino nearby is a bonus if you enjoy that!The hotel could improve by offering better mosquito control (like electric repellents).
