    Comfort hotels are basic, basic breakfast, basic services, basic food, basic rooms. Rooms are clean and they have comfortable beds. This is conviniently located next to Bergen Airport Terminal. Suitable for a night, but will never blow you away.

    A very large hotel, grand entrance area, therefore I was very disappointed to find that instead of a good dinner on our last night in Norway before flying home the following morning, dinner would be pasta or salad, no staff, there is a strike. What bland options!!The room was large, immaculately clean, comfortable sleep but as is the way of hotels seeking every cent no tea or coffee in the room. The staff strike seemingly did not affect the buffet breakfast. Not as extensive a choice as expected but nowhere near as poor as dinner.From out of date more bland menu choices left in the elevators it seems the strike had been on at least a week. I would have expected even a low quality hotel to advise customers of reduced services in advance with cancellation options to find somewhere living up to the full payment made.

    Not impressed. I paid kr 2000, for the night and it certainly wasn't worth it. Loud music in a large reception area when we come in. They have spent a lot of money in interior design for the open space. Why can't they invest in customer service? The hotel staff were not trained to any standard although they did their best. They were young and unexperienced. The food experience was the worst. A low standard fast food cafe was the only evening option. You have to order by QR code only, which leaves very little room for any special requests regarding diet. Due to allergies, I have to eliminate many foods. I couldn't for example choose 2 simple items from 2 dishes to make a meal, even with help from the waitress. I ended up with a very, unimpressive, floppy vegetarian burger on shedded lettuce with a tiny bit of onion, for full price. Each order with QR means adding all your details again and again for each request. I This in not hotel standard by any means of the imagination. The rooms were normal standard and were clean.

    Friendly reception!, great location, but..After a long day of traveling and arrived here in the evening, I came approximately 30 minutes before the resturant closed. Hungry as a cow I hurried up with the bags to get down to eat.In the menu evertyhing was "sold out" and some vegetarian stuff was the only thing left. Asking the restaurant cool/staff if they had anything else they said no and told me to hurry up (literally) because they where closing (in 20 minutes). Now this place is far away from alternative food sources so it was some candy and a muffin I had to settle forThis totally ruined the whole experience and I regret deeply choosing this hotel, and for sure it will be my last trip here.     Ok it’s an airport hotel - but still some character (full size horse - lamp etc). Short walk from the terminal. Best of all you can wheel your luggage trolley all the way up the lift into your room - very convenient! And our family room was big enough to accommodate it without difficulty. Clean & comfortable - we heard no aircraft noise at all (plenty of glazing!). We enjoyed a great breakfast - the roast potatoes were especially delicious - and the melon unexpectedly good. Staff friendly. All good if you need to stay by the airport. Decent value if you factor our four huge breakfasts into the room price.
