    A true joy! Staff at the front desk were a pleasure and so helpful. Location was ideal, access to so many things. Breakfast was an added treat.

    I’ve had an absolutely fantastic stay. I was unsure of what to expect, due to some negative views, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time here, from the location, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room and the fantastic breakfast. I would not hesitate to book here again in the future. Thank you all at Magic.

    Wonderful hotel and good location. Just in the city center and face to fish market and ferry port. Surrounding with all beautiful house and restaurant. The room is nice deco and the bed comfort. You can enjoy free coffee in the Lobby. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choice. I am sure will book this hotel again when I visit Bergen next time.

    Great location, great staff, rooms were clean and well presented, don't take your cat as no room to swing it, the rooms are small, some have a small table and chair most don't, there is no storage apart small a small rail with 3 coat hangers, breakfast had a good selection of cereals but the cooked breakfast was poor this may have been due to catering and restaurant staff going on strike (which jet2 didn't tell me about) this was also the reason why the bar and restaurant were closed, OK for a weekend break but wouldn't want to stay for any longer
