    Check when booking a Standard Room this is very basic, beware no draws or Wardrobes, if you wand any storage space for clothes you must upgrade from a Standard Room

    I booked a superior room with City view to enjoy the stay. We get a room at the 2nd floor and I asked about a room on a higer floor. The stuff answered, no need, we can see the city.Thats particularly right. Its possible to see the city but not the harbour because if the markthall on the opposite. But, this results in an echo of the traffic possible to hear.The windows can't be open and the A/C doesnt work well.NO wardrobe to put in wearings or for dirty laundry. Just one metal construction.Less space in Bath for your belongings.1 Point for the roomThe hotel is direct to the old part and market and its possible to go by car (attention, no free parking possible) to load/unload.5 points for the location.Breakfast 3 Points Stuff 3,5 points Over all: 3 Points - "you get what you paid"

    just 2 days before my check in, I received an email...at least I got an email. That is for the 1 star. Thanks for screwing up my travel plan. Bergen was great if not for this.

    Disappointing don't care about their guests

    Disappointed. Booked the hotel a few months ago. When we arrived the hotel was closed due to a strike. The hotel did not bother to inform us nor to make any alternative reservation. Speaking to the hotel representative did not help.... she said they probably sent us an e mail and there is not much. All hotels in the city were full booked and we had to find an air b&b room. I would except from a chain as Radisson Blu to treat better it's guests. Spoiled my vacation...

    We had a reservation from 15-18 may in the hotel, and the hotel CANCELLED our reservation, 10 days before saying about a strike which is not true, as we are now at Bergen. The truth is: I made the reservation through booking and the demand probably was high due to Constitutional day, so… it’s easy : cancel the reservations from partners to open space to their own. This is the kind of attitude people DO NOT expect!
