    From the airport, took the light rail for 51 NOK to the final stop in Bergen. This runs every 10 mins. Journey time 45 mins. Most economical way of getting to hotel. Hotel is 5 mins easy walk away (no steps or hills, etc). Hotel is in fantastic location opposite the fish market and overlooking the harbour. Upgraded to Room 318 with a superb view. Minimalist style. Bed looked small (probably a UK King size) but was comfy. We had individual duvets. Not much hanging space or storage but OK as we were only staying for 4 nights. Tea/coffee and kettle. Small fridge, safe, TV, hairdryer and decent shower.Very clean in spite of the current hospitality strike – you have to let Reception know/scan the QR code in room if you want your room cleaned.Breakfast very very busy. Juices, tea, coffee, limited fresh fruit, pastries and hot items inc crispy bacon. All staff were welcoming and friendly. There is a supermarket a few doors along and there are 7 Elevens everywhere you look.We found restaurants very busy and you needed reservations in advance ideally. Cafe Opera nearby was nice as was Olivia just opposite.

    Considering the price of that room, it was really bad. Due to a big bed it was almost impossible to access the bathroom. The room was tiny and had a terrible view. There was a lot of noise outside the window coming from some enormous pipes that kept you awake all night. In addition to that it was only possible to open the window a tiny bit to let in some fresh air. My friend had a room next door where there was a water boiler, an iron and a fridge, but unfortunately there was nothing like that in my room. This was a very bad experience considering the cost of the room. The room seemed clean and the location was excellent.

    Outside the window was a massive aluminium pipe dump. it made such noise when the window was opend. Very different from the photos which allured me to book this room.

    Super hotel art superbe location naar harbour. Nice, spacious room with all comfort. Breakfast very extended with all necessary foods.All personal is super friendly and very helpfull.

    Dirty, dusty and a broken refrigerator. No one tried to fix any of it. But the view is good.
