    Modern and newer hotel on the other side of the train station for superior ease for traveling. Also just a quick walk to everything! Amazing breakfast buffet every morning, and staff were very helpful. Rooms Are a bit small, so pack light :)

    Location perfect. Train station 2min walk and could not hear any noise, we had a nice quiet roomHotel very busy due to conference, staff great. Breakfast area busy understandable, food plenty and good. Tea/coffee freely available in foyer

    Great location outside of the train station. They had multiple free coffee and cappuccino machines. Staff was friendly. They have luggage storage.

    Not very impressed with this hotel, staff not very helpful although they did give us a kettle, rooms are small very little hanging space no fridge . Rooms serviced every 3 days . Breakfast was an absolute scrum, very crowded , nowhere to sit . - they may need to institute timed entry. Coffee is dreadful

    4 days 3 nights stay and no housekeeping despite of request of regular change of towels. Booked direct from the hotel as their website says it is cheaper for direct booking and booked in advance in Feb for superior room in May. Upon arrival, I was downgraded to standard room with answers that the price I paid was cheaper than the current one that has risen. No integrity. It is their published rates in the hotel website so why such a service as either i take it or leave it. I do not have any issue with Radisson Blue hotel in my next stop to Stockholm with advance booking. regretted for not booking with Radisson Blue hotel in Bergen as it was further away from the station and tried Zander. Definitely not a 4 star hotel and worst, no housekeeping for 4 days stay. Rusty kettle and no replacement even upon request. Staffs are not helpful in giving the right direction too. Will never book with them in my next visit to Bergen
