    I highly recommend this hotel to anyone both business and leisure. It is located next to the sea, the opera and main library with a cosy eco bakery right by. The city center is a two minute walk. The rooms are big, clean and fresh with luxurious bath products and really good towels. Comfortable beds and sound proof rooms makes your night quiet and restful.Breakfast is super delicious in very nice surroundings.The staff is beyond helpful and kind and anyone traveling with a handicap, visible or otherwise, will feel so good after a stay here. We are definitely coming back🍀👌

    Lovely hotel but left feeling a little let down

    Visited over the weekend for my partners birthday surprise. Asked them to help me make it special. On arrival no one greeted us, we were left to work out the machines to check in ourselves. No information about amenities or breakfast info, it’s only becuase we spotted the breakfast times on the wall in the lift. No real welcome. Got to the room, no happy birthday note, nothing to nod that it was his birthday even though I’d emailed them and asked. A little disappointing. The room itself was lovely. Although for some reason the toilet was so high! Had to pile the towels up in front of the loo just so I could touch the floor. Breakfast was carnage, manners cost nothing but I’ve never seen so many people without them. Far too busy. Ok selection, very spread out so it seems like there is lots of choice but not overly. Great location of the hotel, quiet area but easily accessible to all major locations.     Convenient location and great breakfast

    Great hotel with lovely rooms, modern and clean. Very quiet inside whilst outside is a busy place. Good restaurants around the area also. Convenient to the train station, opera house and library (check it out - it is amazing). The room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and the cooked how you like omelette was delicious. Just need a barista coffee and it would have been perfect. So many choices for food. The bar and cocktail lounge was very popular. Good food and drinks available. Loved that the manager of reception had been to Australia and had studied in our home city, which made for a great conversation. Would definitely stay here again.     Great location, interiors and breakfast

    This was our first time staying in a Clarion and we thought it was excellent. The interiors were very atmospheric, and finished to a high standard. The location is great, very close to the train station and within walking distance of the city centre. Breakfast was a particular highlight for my husband, delicious, healthy and freshly made.
