    They did not follow up on the drink I ordered with the room. There was no apology either—just an excuse that their system is poor. Dinner was buffet-only, and not impressive, with mediocre quality and a limited selection. The room was poorly cleaned.     Good value for money

    I stayed at Quality Hotel Expo and overall had a pleasant experience. The view from our room was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. We also really enjoyed the dinner - the food was tasty and well-prepared.However, there are a couple of downsides. The beds were not very comfortable, and the rooms felt a bit outdated. That said, considering the price, the hotel offers good value for money.     We ate here before consert, at the dinner was fantastic and a very nice choices of dinners. Personal was excellent and serving was perfect. Recomend this nice restaurant and hotel.     We had booked a bigger rom, but got a very small cold room. Complained to the staff but got no help. We was really cold. Breakfast was not nice at all. This hotell saves money everywhere they can! It is a depressive hotell witch needs an update!     No longer a hotel room, but a storage room

    The good old days are over. When you could check into your hotel room and be pampered. Now you start by booking online, checking into a cold room without even being able to hang up your jacket - because there are no more pegs. All the "luxuries" like casting options for the TV, speakers or some good coffee in the room. And of course a minibar and good soap products. In addition, you have to ask to have your laundry done - even if you are going to be there many times. We also have rooms with bunk beds for larger families/groups traveling together and upgraded rooms for those who want, for example, coffee/tea and a minibar in the room.
