    VIP member and it seem they not notice and even if I have preference every stay for queen/ king size bed it comes like surprise over and over again. Last stay only small room even if VIP reward status, and broken TV too…..

    Don’t do the online check-in before you arrive at the hotel. The reseptionist has to do everything again, and asks for the same ID and card you alreadly presented online. The superior rooms are not worth the price of upgrade.

    Extraordinary Team Effort in Challenging Times – Highly Recommended!

    We recently spent six nights at the Radisson Blu Nydalen during the ongoing strike in the Norwegian hospitality industry. The hotel was at full capacity over the weekend due to the Soccer Cup Final and the Oslo Marathon. Despite a significantly reduced staff, the entire team, led by General Manager Kristine, delivered a performance that was second to none.We experienced hospitality at its finest. Even with the shortage of personnel, the service remained flawless. Throughout the hotel, you could feel the team’s dedication to ensuring every guest had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was exceptional as well; the remaining small crew, including the General Manager herself, went above and beyond to ensure no guest had to compromise.What impressed us most was the positive energy of the team. Every staff member—Kristina included—always had a smile on their face and maintained a calm professionalism that is far from a matter of course in such an exceptional situation.A huge thank you to Kristine and the entire crew! You have truly demonstrated the power of teamwork, expertly managed organization, and a genuine passion for hospitality. We look forward to returning soon.
