    Very warm rooms, not central, good staff.

    Positives: Good, friendly staff, decent breakfast (though vegan options were lacking - some meat alternatives would have been nice), quiet and spacious rooms. Decor was OK, and generally well-maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable.Negatives: The first one is on me - I should have realised that this hotel wasn't central at all, and is a 400-500NOK Uber/Bolt fare to get to the city. It is well-placed for buses, but that didn't always fit with my timetable. It is a nice quiet area, but definitely not somewhere I'd stay again for easy access to Oslo. The other big negative is that despite it not being exceptionally warm outside, the room was boiling. Don't believe what it says on Tripadvisor - THERE IS NO A/C in the rooms. There's a "trick" climate control panel on the wall that offers to cool the room, but this is actually just a mechanical ventilation control, and has no active cooling. For my 2nd night, I requested a fan from reception, which made it much more bearable, but it was still very hot. Overall, not a bad hotel, but the wrong choice in summer, or if travelling into Oslo city centre.

    Hotel room was really lovely and clean, quite spacious too! Hotel staff were super lovely! One lady who worked breakfast (can’t remember her name!) was super friendly & made sure we had a lovely experience every time!Only downside is that the hotel is slightly out of the city centre - but there is a metro station roughly 5 minutes away and is only a 20 minute journey into the centre! Very straightforward and easy to get to!

    The breakfast service was truly exceptional, especially the staff. Daniella and Ines made us feel like family, and we truly appreciate their kindness.

    Sadly very average. This hotel is a hit or miss. As VIP member i get an upgrade 9 out of 10 times at Radisson. This time not. The tv did not work well and the shower has very poor preassure.Reception staff did not talk Norwegian well.

    What’s not to like at Radisson Blu Alna

    My flight arrived early, so I expected to arrive at the hotel, leave my bags at the reception and explore the city while waiting for their customary check in time of 2pm. To my great surprise, my room was ready to receive me at 8am and I was able to rest for half a day without extra charges. How generous! The bed apparatus is so soft, the shower satisfying, and best of all, it’s quiet around here. The location is a little out of the city, but the welcoming service left a very happy feeling in me! So glad to be in rainy but beautiful Norway!
