Location

This hotel is located in the centre of Oslo, only around a 2 minutes walk from the main train station and the new shopping district. Plenty of sightseeing attractions of the city such as Akershus castle as well as numerous shopping opportunities or the colourful nightlife are just a short walk away. There is a stop for the public transport to be found only a few minutes from the hotel (200 m). Oslo airport is located roughly 47 km from the hotel.

Facility

673 rooms, including 19 suites, 52 single rooms and 371 double rooms, are located on 37 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     A completely 5 star experience. Our room was upgraded on check in and was spacious, comfortable and with everything we needed. A beautiful bathroom and an amazing view across Oslo. There was a hotel workers strike on at the time but it didn’t affect our stay at all and all of the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Especial mention to Ai-Ting Lin at breakfast who was super lovely and helpful. Looking forward to my next visit already!     Perfect short stay. Close to main attractions

    Location: close to the Central train station so you get here directly from the airport using the AirPort Express. 15 minute walk from all main attractions.Room: big room for Oslo standards. Had a double on one of the higher floors. We werefortunate because the construction site next-door didn’t disturb us. The air conditioning was working perfectly. The mattress and the topper, one of the best I had in a hotel. Nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Very clean.Check in: quick and smooth. If there’s a queue, you can always check in online and get your digital key. Same thing for a checkout.Breakfast: plenty of choice, egg dishes cooked to order. At the time of checking in we were asked what time we prefer to have breakfast so they could get organized accordingly.     Room was fine - clean, roomy and nice bathroom. Didn’t have good service. Front desk did not seem to have answers to fairly simple questions and was not very helpful. No one seemed to want to go out of there way to find answers or information. Location was pretty good for walking around but currently right next to some construction. I will say that the breakfast buffet was wonderful.     Terrible service n in a filthy neighbourhood!

    Took us an hour to check in in the priority lane! Terrible service in this hotel! My room phone was not working upon check in. Even after 3 hours no one attended to it till I spoke strongly for the same. The surrounding is dirty n depressing! NO air conditioning! Supposed to keep the windows open or stay with ventilation only via AC! With climate change perhaps this hotel can think of changing n not torturing its guests! It is quite warm in Oslo. The room is an ok size but the bathroom is tiny! Not worth the money they charge.
