    I had a room with a great view. Staff was super nice. Parking basement was really convenient when travelling by car. Food was really good. Room could've been cleanier, so that was a little minus.

    Cold breakfast, VERY soft beds, we sank into the mattress, room had holes in the wall. Paid for superior room, but got a HC room..

    I checked in wearing formal business attire along with my colleagues and the reception guy literally asked me " are you the bus driver ? " ....i was too flustered to even react.

    This hotel praises itself on its sustainability of which i understand to a certain extent but not when it is effecting our nights sleep!Our double bed was 2 single beds pushed together and so during the night one of us would be waking with an arm or leg falling outthe room was far too stuffy and when we asked at reception were told there is no A/C to open the window which we did but during the night it must have rained and the sill was wet and leaked down onto the floor, we missed not having any tea/coffee making facilities in our room too, 1 pillow on our beds was not enough so had to request 2 more usually spares are kept in the room, fresh towels are needed if you shower in the night and want to shower in the morning as they were not dry so unless you pre book the room cleaner the night before you have to go back down to reception to-ask for more towels as there is no phone in the room, I understand the reason why the hotel does not provide a bottle of water for each person in their room too but surely they could design a re-cycled bottle with the hotel logo on so when going out on their day they have their bottle and advertising the hotel brand ? The positive was the buffet breakfast & the view.
