    Pleasant stay with minor room improvements

    We stayed at the hotel in connection with onward travel and had quite a lot of luggage with us. I assume many guests use this hotel as a stopover, just like we did.Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was modern, and everything was clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated.The room we were given was quite small, especially considering that many guests likely have a fair amount of luggage. The layout could have been a bit more practical. The wrought iron shelves extended quite far out from the wall, and in my opinion, there were a few too many hooks. The desk could perhaps have been removed to create more floor space, which would have made the room feel more spacious and functional.The light fixture could also have been placed closer to the wall, or positioned straight in the room rather than at an angle. Small details, but they would have made the overall impression feel more cohesive and less random.These are simply well meant interior suggestions, as we were otherwise very satisfied with our stay. We had a nice experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

    Perfect overnight stay between flights at gardemoen. Its cheep, youbget alot for uour money. Will use this hotel everytime from now on.

    Not informed that the Shuttle bus did not work - long walk!

    Unannounced by both Scandic and the Shuttle bus company, neither informed about the uncommonly long walk necessary from bus stop to the hotel. not everybody are fit to carry luggage and walk such distance.

    Best location and short distance for food choices. We choose Scandic for 2 nights airport transfer before our next flight to Thailand. Superb staff assist and service mind and extra help to our journey so much appreciated. Good breakfast and warm cozy sitting area lobby. As family traveller, my daughter love that they have playground and short distance to Mc Donald’s play room too. Bus stop just 50 meters away easy access to shuttle bus ti get around. Love it

    Nicely renovated with friendly staff

    We stayed one night before a morning flight out.The property doesn’t look too appealing from the outside, but is very nicely renovated inside. The ´new´ rooms are homely and the common areas very inviting. Food - we had dinner and breakfast - was of good quality and nicely presented. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Will surely return.A big plus is that there are many charging station for an EV next door.
