Location

Perfect for business travellers as well as families, this hotel is located in the heart of Lillestrøm. There are a number of shops nearby.

Facility

The hotel has 220 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Very basic hotel, no soap in the shower and you have to order cleaning of the room the night before or the room is not cleaned. Inpolite staff, not good at handeling a complaint.No cupboard in the room. More like a youth hostel. Television has no English channels.Nice breakfast only reason that I haven’t given it one star.

    Do not get laundry service! Expect no “extras”

    Stayed at 3 different hotels in Norway and this was absolutely the worst. Positives: room was nice, I appreciated the comfortable bedding (1 pillow, but they will give you extra) and a seating area with good floor space. Has a mini fridge. Breakfast is great (but you pay extra for this)Negatives: paltry amenities. No free water to welcome you to the room. Instant coffee with a kettle. Everything costs more - fresh coffee, umbrella, toiletries. Only tap water. Bedding sheets and pillows smell metallic. Front desk does not have a warm demeanor or seem knowledgeable. Every day something was wrong in the bathroom - no bath mat, no conditioner. I was given the bottle to refill it. The next 2 days they removed the body wash and did not replace it. Asked about laundry, as there were no local laundromats and we are traveling for 2 weeks, and they told us they didn’t know the cost but it should be in the room. It was not on the laundry bag or in the room. Had 6 pieces of casual clothing and socks/underwear washed and everything was washed (not dry cleaned), but several stains remained, and it did not smell good. Upon checkout was told I owed 3600 NOK. I was shocked and appalled they could charge so much without advertising prices and for a bad outcome. This is abuse of the customer.     Nice rooms and breakfast - but very hot rooms

    Very central located hotel - with 1 minute walk to trains and buses. But be aware that the room temperature is quite high (+-24 degrees C) both in the winter and the summer. If You prefer a cold room for sleeping - this is not your hotel. Breakfast is great.     Very nice hotel but difficult parking

    Very nice room, clean areas and good breakfast. In the reception they recommend a Parking house for 500 NOK for the night, but there is a Apcoa parking 3 minutes walk away for 100 NOKWe had a family room, the sleeping sofa was not the best Team Lillestrøm, Guest Services / Front Office at Scandic Lillestrom, responded to this review Hi Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review.
