    We are from Germany. The staff were always very friendly, patient and helpful! The hotel was perfect for my wife, who has mobility issues.

    Very confusing hotel. The hotel is split into multiple buildings. Reception made a fuss asking for my wife’s ID and she was in the car. Never needed to verify with multiple passports at other hotels. After check in we are directed to the hotel across the street…it’s completely unmonitored and it’s a “party” hotel for young adults.     How the old lady treat us make me don’t wanna eat breakfast no longer, terrible!Throwing people out from the braeakfast and yell at us.     AVOID THIS HOTEL. The hotel does not have an adjustable thermostat in any of the rooms. Only one way system air flow which comes only cold air from the bathroom to the bedroom. Noisy and can't turn it off. Receptionist not really helpful at all. Have to rebook the hotel elsewhere. I was told I will get a refund , since 16t of August .
