    The staff are very kind and helpful, the breakfast was also very nice (better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had) and the location is very nice, since it’s just besides the train station and you can access the mall via the hotel elevator.     I'm back at this nice hotel in Ski. The service minded staff really makes you feel welcome. Nice and clean room with good sleep. Located at the Ski Storsenter it is perfect for a stay when going to meetings, shopping, gym and dining around the hotel area.     Great hotel. My husband and I have stayed here 3 times already. Great for trains and buses. My Uncle lives in Enebakk, so he either comes to the hotel or we get the bus to him. Bedroom’s are clean and the breakfast is lovely and plentiful. Egon’s restaurant is lovely and food is great. I would highly recommend staying here.     We spent 4 nights there. We’re in our 80s-and asked for help with the bags. We were told there’s none. When we departed, though we were told there was a baggage room and we could use one of their trollies. We asked for two beds. We were told that would be a downgrade. Downgrade from what!? The street? The room hey gave us had one double bed and a smallish sofa. No luggage rack. But rather a bench for bags. Unusable in our case. Fine for backpacks, or carry on bags. Not at all usable for suitcases, so we had to use the bed, both for unpacking and packing. We needed our phones charged. But our country uses 110. There was a 110 charger in the bathroom, for razors. We had of course brought converters and adapter plugs, having spent our life times traveling. The bad part was that nothing worked. There’s a parking lot near nhe front of this hotel, but no, not for guests as the hotel doesn’t own it. The garage is for hotel personnel only. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff friendly. My husband and I have spend our careers in the travel industry. and It’s absolutely incomprehensible to us that a hotel can be so utterly lacking in service.
