    PROS: Located very near to airport. Checking in was very efficient and receptionist was very welcoming. Bell boy showed me to my room and refused a tip. My booking was a King room it was clean and tidy. Two bottles of complimentary water were left out for the guest, included was a tv with multiple channels for your language of choice and a mini fridge also included a ceiling fan and remote operated air conditioner. The room contained a triple door wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, luggage rack with integrated shoe rack, two bedside units and ample power sockets good blackout curtains and Bedding was clean and fresh included in the room was a en-suite bathroom, wash hand basin, shower. With complimentary soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kit. A restaurant menu was also in my room with a good selection of beverages and meals to choose from. Please note the portions of the meals are very generous indeed. I must stress all the staff were very accommodating and extremely helpful to me and other guests, reception printed off my flight tickets and visa form. I highly recommend booking though reception shuttle service as I was also able to book a shuttle ride to the airport at a cheaper rate than the taxi that brought me to the hotel.CONS: The water pressure was low coming from the shower head and could be improved upon with a new pneumatic system installed for the whole hotel. When dialing six for room service staff don't appear to know if certain items are not available on the menu one of my breakfast option had substitutions added to my neal without informing me, so I could decline.SUGGESTIONS: In my opinion the complimentary breakfast and what it consists of should be clearly shown in the menu or in the booking confirmation email. I found this confusing and asked several times, but did not get a definitive answer during my four night stay.     Hotel with poor facilities

    A cheap hotel with poor facilities. Very helpful staff. Rooms look good but a/c fierce and temperature control poor. No hot water at night. Cockroaches appear from under furniture. Towels old. No tea and coffee facilities in room. Hotel restaurant over priced. Breakfast not included.

    Al Bhajah Hotel is located in the heart of Seeb Commercial District and the souk (market). Seeb International Airport and Exhibition Centre are 15 minutes drive away from the hotel. Hotel is very close to SEEB BEACH. The hotel is close to the Sultan Qaboos University, Knowledge of Oasis and the City Centre Shopping Mall. The location of this value for money hotel is great for both business and pleasure.     Lovely rooms and décor.Comfortable beds and wide. Impeccable cleanliness. Situated near shops and souk. Fairly close to airport-about 12 mins by taxi-and good breakfast. We have stayed here on short stopovers. From the airport, do not take taxis blue, they are expensive and do not want to negotiate. Search the brown ones, and negotiate to 1/3 of the asking price.     this hotel has very tasty food is chicken uruval, gobi munchorian, neer dosa, pundi , kori gasi everything is super. fantastic hotel, service and food. family room also there . hot food super soups are available. most of the chicken items nice.
