    Highly recommended professional staff from reception to Room service . I love the way how approach us during arrival . Kudos to Coach Joseph for teaching my daughter how to swim he is kind and professional.The food was good.We will definitely come back in the future .     Nice and calm hotel, warm pool!

    This hotel is a very nice and calm place. Location is good, the city center can be reached by foot. The exceptionally warm pool (like 30 degrees C) makes it ideal for hot pool lovers! Rooms are clean and everything works as it should. Staff is super friendy (like everybody on Oman) and helpful. The hotel has a nice bar that is not as crazy cold like in many other places. We loved our 3 day stay there and can definitely recommend the Al Falaj!     It was such a wonderful experience staying at Al Falaj Hotel in Muscat. I truly felt like I was back home in Sri Lanka. The atmosphere, the music, and especially the delicious taste of our Sri Lankan dishes gave me real “home vibes.” It is not just a hotel stay – it is an emotional experience for anyone who misses their country. at SRI LANKAN NIGHT. The staff and service were excellent. Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional. I would especially like to mention Ms. Agra from Sri Lanka, who served us with so much warmth and kindness. She made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Her friendly nature and caring service made a big difference in our experience.
