    Fairly close to the Muscat airport this place is a good stop to collect impressions from a residential area with access to the beach. The rooms are quite spacious incl. combined leaving room and kitchen.

    This is a great staple for Muscat: clean as a whistle and usually fine. The area around the hotel. however, is something else. Parents sitting at door watching and doing nothing as their little varmints run all over the road, aim their go-karts at passing cars, then banging on the vehicle dare it stop. Expect their Mother - or what passes for an adult - to act? Not on your life. Meanwhile their overindulged brats run amok. It's a shame. It ruins the ambiance of the area and Omanis are normally good at keeping their kids in check.

    We stayed here one night and a half day in between flights and it was just perfect for our needs. Here is our detailed review:- Simple and spacious rooms and apartment, very clean, hot shower, equipped kitchen. - It has a supermarket just opposite, open until 23:30 h., which is convenient to buy water.- The hotel is only 15 minutes away from the airport. Taxis from airport in Muscat are generally overpriced, so we chose this hotel as it can be easily reached with bus number 8 form the airport (stop Azaiba 5) and then walk 1km (we took a cab, it’s only a couple of minutes). - The beach is only three minutes walk and perfect for an evening or morning stroll to see the fishermen and the beach. It is a nice residential area. - The expensive Chedi hotel is a few minutes walk away on the beach and has an upscale restaurant if you want to go splurge. Otherwise you can opt for the local coffee shops. - The Sultan Qaboos Mosque is close by (by cab) so it makes a good place to stay if you want to stay close to the airport but also want to visit the beautiful mosque (for non Muslims only in the morning). Don’t expect luxury, the hotel is simple, but it’s a great value for money and the staff is kind.

    This hotel apartment is quite cozy & comfortable. It has almost all the amenities that you need. The check in was hassle-free. The Filipino housekeeping staffs were friendly. The bedroom is a bit tight for 3 persons.There are free parking outside the hotel. I saw a coffee shop and a bakery just opposite the hotel but didn't have a chance to try them out. It is located not far from the beach. There is nothing special about the beach though.IMO if you need to stay at this place, you need to have some kind of transportation as it is a bit far from the center.The design of the base of the shower is quite weird. It could pose a safety hazard. Be careful when using the shower.Overall, it was OK.

    Nice staff and very comfortable Breakfast was just fine but not like buffet. They give a plate enough for you. Overall nice stay and rooms were quiet and comfortable. Size of room was big as it is apartment like hotel. My family was happy overall.
