Location

The hotel is a perfect choice for business or pleasure. It is a stone's throw away from the beach and within walking distance of shopping, dining and nightlife spots. The hotel is located on a quiet, palm-lined street in the heart of Shatti Al Qurum. It is close to the beach (300 m), whilst shopping facilities are located 500 m from the hotel at Jawharat Al-Shati. Mascate International Airport is a mere 15 min away.

Facility

The hotel has 10 junior suites, 10 apartments, 3 single rooms and 18 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a conference room are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (for a fee). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

    Noise and old

    If I write noise, it does not hit it! You don’t close an eye all night! Windows are simple and on the 6 lane street in front they do motorbike races all nights! Beside that, the bathroom is very old and there is no breakfast. So rooms are big and location is good, I would not recommend it at all, you just can’t sleep!

    Good location, okay rooms, but not clean at all! Needs to be refurnished and managed better! very disappointing in the end. But maybe after a new rennovation it could look better.Anyway I wouldnt come again.

    Disgusting! Unhygienic! Filthy!

    The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in!!!!! Mouldy smell everywhere, thick mould in cupboards, kitchen cupboards falling off, toilet leaked, no hot water (later told you have to run it for 10 minutes to get hot). This was the ‘upgrade’ to an apartment as all the rooms were supposedly full! This hotel is NOT fit for human habitation!!!!

    The hotel need to be well maintained, I have 3 days spent my holiday in here suddenly shocked with my room at the beginning. Its big room but dusty inside and also need more maintenance outside and around the hotel. The location is great just opposite the Royal Opera House and many embassies and 5 stars hotel located neighbouring with it and coffeeshop as well. Honestly from the price I booked for 2 nights I expected more, but suddenly its out of my expectation.

    Booked this place for a cheap one nighter in Muscat and it was exactly in line with expectations.Room is very dated and small but clean. staff decent enough and walking distance from the intercon. Overall we were happy enough at the price, still searching for a hidden gem in muscat though.
