Not Worth the Money - Too Many Issues

The stay was very disappointing and definitely not worth the price. I booked and paid for two Superior King rooms, but at check-in I was told they had received a request for Superior Twin rooms. After a long discussion, they eventually provided one Superior King and one Superior Twin room.There was no valet parking, so I had to park my own car in the basement. The pool was also unavailable, reportedly under maintenance from 1 June until 31 December.The Twin room had a non-working refrigerator. I called room service to have it fixed, but nobody came. To make matters worse, the hot water suddenly ran out around 11:30 PM.There were several other issues during the stay that I could mention, but there simply isn't enough space in this review. Overall, the experience did not match what I expected for the price paid.I have been to three stars hotel far better than this 4 star hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at City Seasons Hotel due to a disconnected flight. The hotel staff took care of us greatly. The rooms were clean, the food in the restaurant was good and the hotel staff really did their best to help us with getting a flight back home. The hotel is in a good neighborhood and close to all the important places in Muscat!
