    I am a little late, well one whole year nearly in making this review. We had a lovely stay at the Intercontinental,Muscat. It’s right on the beach . The room was ok, I have stayed in better but it was acceptable, I am very particular regarding hotel rooms I stay in so it wasn’t too bad. The food was good in my opinion, there were plenty of options to eat at breakfast. The staff were all lovely. I would like to give a big thank you to the staff in the club lounge, they looked after my husband and I very well and were very polite. They are a credit to the hotel, especially Marian, she was a very lovely lady and extremely professional, thank you. I would also like to say thank you to Melissa, Aliya, Ana and Dawood who all work in the club lounge. We would gladly stay at the Intercontinental, Muscat in the future.     Great stopover in Muscat at the Intercontinental

    Stayed at tge beautiful Intercontinental Muscat on the Club floor. The amazing team, Anna, Marian and Melissa really looked after us. The breakfast crew were also fantastic. Great location right on tge beach. Close to all major tourist sites. A great stopover on the way to Europe. The Omani people are so welcoming .....culture is fascinating and the food amazing. Our room was also very nice. Highly recommended.     I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Chef Salwa at InterContinental Muscat – Musandam Restaurant, especially for the wonderful care and hospitality she showed us during our 10-day stay.Chef Salwa is a truly friendly, cheerful, welcoming, and cooperative person. Her warm smile was always comforting and made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for.We were also very impressed by her personal hygiene and the cleanliness and organization of her work area, particularly at the Live Omelette Station. She consistently maintained a very clean and tidy station, which clearly reflects her professionalism and attention to detail.During our stay, Chef Salwa remembered our order and would prepare and personally serve it to us without us having to repeat our request every time. Our favorite order was:Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce and Avocado.This level of personal attention made our experience truly special. It made us feel remembered and valued as guests.When we were leaving, although Chef Salwa was on her weekend day off, she kindly left a message for us through her respected colleague Chef Zuhair.
