    amazing experience... very good house keeping service by mr Ravindra, good food served to us by Vinay and Nitesh and other staff.. Chadia was amazing in managing guests for breakfast. will definitely book this hotel again.

    Bad experience in a 5 star hotel

    This is a 5 star hotel that orange juice is not offered in breakfast. The restaurant manager told me that they have but charge it extra. What a shock to hear that in a 5 star hotel!!!!I asked for a firm pillow and they game a small high stone to sleep on ( picture available if needed). If use ear pads, not replaced for the next days.     I had a wonderful stay at Mysk Al Mouj and would highly recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes just a short walk away. The beautiful marina nearby adds so much charm to the area and is a lovely place to stroll, especially in the morning.What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived until I left. I was especially grateful that they allowed me to check in early, which made my trip much more comfortable after traveling.
