    I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Muscat Airport Hotel and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team for their outstanding service.A special thank you to Ellaine, whose warm smile and positive attitude made every interaction pleasant and welcoming. Priyanka demonstrated exceptional hospitality, always ensuring guests felt comfortable and well cared for. Asim was very calm, accommodating, and professional, making every request effortless and stress-free. I would also like to commend Laila, an excellent supervisor with superb understanding, professionalism, and leadership qualities that were clearly reflected in the team's performance.The overall experience was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The hotel services were truly top-notch, delivered with great attention to detail and guest satisfaction. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout my stay.The beautiful swimming pool was an added bonus and perfectly complemented the excellent breakfast experience, making the stay even more enjoyable.Thank you to the entire Novotel Muscat Airport Hotel team for providing such a memorable experience.     We used this hotel as a stop over on route to Istanbul. Not too far from the airport and generous sized room for the one night. Expensive for coffee in the foyer.Dined in the Ginger restaurant for dinner and found the meal very good - enormous serves.Staff very polite & helpful.

    Perfect place for a red eye flight out of beautiful Oman, a barely 10 minutes drive to the airport. Actually I could have stayed longer at the Novotel. High quality room service. Surprisingly quiet room with all amenities. Very good bed and pillow. Clean as can be. Friendly and efficient reception. Underground free parking. There is even an outdoor pool which we didn’t try though. Overall an excellent experience at the Novotel
