Facility

The apartment hotel has 49 junior suites and 21 suites, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     Location of the hotel was very good. Oasis mall & a lot of hypermart was there Staff at reception was very helpful & polite.Rooms were okish & bathroom fittings were very old , which needs an immediate change.Housekeeping staff was a bit rude & not cooperative.

    I have stayed as part of company work in Safeer suites which is near to Oasis mall and location is well accessible. Front office staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and Spacious and free wi-fi is available. Need to improve amenities like TV, Bathroom fittings etc.

    Nice place near the market and Oasis mall, New changes need to be done in their amenities. Like TV, a bit complicated to turn it on. Need an android or smart TV, easy to operate. But it's a nice place incase you're in a business like trip. Rooms are spacious,

    So far its really a good experience. Besides having a friendly and efficient staff with a ver clean room. What catches my attention is the way they create a environmentally friendly singage on how to reuse towels.

    This was probably the fifth time I must have been staying at Safeer Suites. having stayed in muscat for many years Safeer Suites has been an iconic brand one is used to seeing. But as a resident then one did not get the chance or reason to venture in. But now when I travel on business my primary concern was to find a place best suited for me meetings and errands, socialising and of course somewhere it feels comfortable and homely. This I found at Safeer Suites. Each of my visits has been topped by the personal care I have received at the hands of the staff there, both the Omanis and expats. Mr. Ganga the Manager has always tae special care to allot the rom as desired and the one that is strictly non-smoking as I am allergic to cigarette smell.It's a very home like feeling when u know your way around the place, recognise the staff by name and face, able to easily come and go. That is what I get each time I land there. Thanks to all there and as they say...till next time!
