  Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I’ve tried in Oman. Even though it’s officially rated 3 stars, it truly feels like a 5-star hotel in Europe excellent standards, great comfort, and everything very well managed.The welcome is warm, the service is outstanding, and the staff is highly professional and competent, with Mr. CHALAL leading the way always helpful, attentive, and extremely professional.I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

  I arrived in Salalah without booking any hotel and my first stop was the Intercity Hotel right in the city centre very well situated for those who want to be in town .Warmly welcomed by Aaron I decided after seeing the room to stay one night and I finally stayed four . Thanks to all the people working there including Mohamed who did everything to make my stay enjoyable.The room are spacious and very clean with a nice ensuite bathroom.One of the best restaurant of Salalah is on the first floor of the hotel with excellent food and services ( I want to thanks Suhail and Mamun for their excellent service as well as Mobin from the kitchen )And after an hot day you can enjoy and relax at the swimming pool on the top floor with a stunning view of Salalah.I enjoyed very much my stay in this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone city visitors to Salalah.

  Hotel is located at the heart of Salala City Center and easy to find. Its very close to a huge supermarket and a walking distance to a big Mosque. Room is very spacious especially the bathroom which i enjoyed showering in, the stone marble in amber color makes the atmosphere so relaxing. Lots of restaurants nearby which can be reached with ease. Service is exquisite. Pool is cleaned everyday. Though sometimes the heavy equipment sound from the going building construction next to the building is noisy, it does not bother me that much. Overall value for money. Atmosphere is so great too!   Comfortable Stay with Helpful Front Desk staff

  I stayed at IntercityHotel Salalah for s short trip and appreciated the helpful attitude of the front office staff. They made check -in smooth and were always polite whenever I had questions. A special thanks to Mr. Prakash.The room was neat , with good air conditioning and comfortable bedding. Breakfast was fine but lacked variety, and the corridors could be better maintained.   I have just spent a quality time at Intercity. The staff was extremely friendly and competent. Particularly Prakash who always had a smile to great us and got to know us very well.Rooms were great, with plenty of space, comfortable and well maintained, a nice mix of modern and comfy. Swimming pool was clean and nice, ideal to relax after hard day of work or sightseeing and the spa was utterly rejuvenating experience of professional care and tranquil surroundings.
