  The place is run down, old and in bad need of an update. It is such a waste to have such a beautiful setting and location with a hotel interior so outdated and dreary. The outdoor grounds are stunning along with the view and although there's an amazing patio, it's not available for sitting, having a drink or a meal outside. The primary view is from inside the eating area but the windows are either so dirty or obscured that's it's difficult to enjoy the view. The eating area looks like something out of a run down 1970's cafe. The staff was amazing however, and the location is great. This place needs a major upgrade everywhere...the rooms, the dining area, the bar (which was defunct and being used for the breakfast buffet, which sucked (ice cold pancakes and bread, overcooked cold eggs, etc.).   From the entrance the place is beautiful, the service is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, an ideal place to rest and connect with nature. Lorena is very professional in serving visitors, she deserves a 100. I recommend visiting the Bambito hotel.
