  We booked this hotel for our last night in Panama as it was close to the airport. What a mistake. Not able to enjoy the amenities as there was a rowdy 15yr old birthday party being held. The place was over run by very loud and rowdy teenagers playing football in the pool. There was no bar service and not one staff member said anything while they pushed the rest of the guests out of the pool. Regret booking this hotel. Not quiet or relaxing. Should have stayed at the Riu that we previously had booked but changed to eliminate the longer drive to the airport. Not what you would expect from the Crown Plaza. DO NOT BOOK if you want to enjoy your stay since the rent out the pool area to other than just guests and do no monitor or care about guests staying here.

  Panama/Crown Plaza did not disappoint

  This was my first trip to Panama and the Crown Plaza enhanced my visit. The location was a perfect short distance from the airport. The beautiful structure was surprisingly breathtaking. Rooms and amenities were exceptional. Service was top notch.

  Very convenient place for airport stopovers

  Really convenient place to stay for airport layovers. If you look at Google maps you might think you can walk there but you can’t….Airport shuttle is easy. It was hard finding the times but they are every hour. From T12 25 mins past the hour, T1 35 mins past the hour and from hotel to airport on the hour.

  We spent two nights at the Crowne Plaza. Unfortunately since we had booked a day trip to the San Blas islands we were not able to make use of all the facilities such as the pool. Check in was very smooth. The restaurant was understaffed and dinners on our second night was very slow, however staff were very pleasant. The food was good ..
