I absolutely LOVE this hotel its so pretty and in a great location. And the staff was super friendly and helpful I will 100 percent be back when i am in panama i couldnt imagine staying anywhere else

Very good with only a couple complaints.

This hotel is located near El Congejo and a metro station which made it convenient. The rooftop pool is beautiful, and although we did not drink in the rooftop bar, it was very pretty as well. The housekeeping service was great. We were also delighted with the big breakfast spread. I do have two complaints. First, the room had a moldy odor. Second, my husband and I asked a front desk person to make a phone call for us and she asked us for three dollars for doing it. We were taken aback. This is generally considered part of the job of those working the front desk.

It's a very convenient location; it's easy to find transportation and food. We rented a suite, but the facilities were a bit dirty. There were three of us, and they didn't provide extra sheets, so we had to prepared it by our own instead of housekeeping do it. The room wasn't soundproof, and the car noise downstairs was quite loud. If you're sensitive to noise, I suggest you consider this place. It's not 5 stars; I'd only give it 3 stars.

Not a 5 stars hotel, breakfast is good but limited supply. Everyday breakfast are same.Air condition works very well.Rooms are quiet and well maintained Good locationBottle water supply not enough.

Would certainly stay here again

Had a three night stay here. On arrival we were greeted by welcoming, friendly staff and all procedures were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our large bedroom and bathroom were clean and well stocked. Our evening meal in the restaurant was tasty and my wife was able to have a Gluten Free option. Breakfast was just as good. The bar was staffed by friendly staff and had a very good atmosphere. There is also a gymnasium and an outdoor pool (with good views of the city) with its own bar. The hotel is also situated in an area where there are other restaurants, should you not wish to use the hotel’s own restaurant. Would certainly stay here again.
