  The hotel rooms are MUSTY!!!Under bed stink , rooms look like they are under reconstruction and was quickly put together for the booking, pain chipping falling from the walls, floor with dents, no balcony, and did i mention after seeing another room THAT WAS WOSE , i asked it to be cleaned, the room was not mopped!! Like don’t these people know how to CLEAN??? 0 stars honestly, i really wanted to change hotels but that was a short trip , we were always outside so i made it work , 0 STARS!!!

  I have reserved a room for 6 nights via Booking. Com three weeks before departure date when we arrived at the Hotel they have sold my room, staff at the front desk very unprofessional andrude . I wouldn't recommend this place, stay away from here and don't let the pictures fool you.

  Thank you for your reception. I choose this hotel because the localization and reception is very good. The room and swiming pool and cofre break also workshop very well. The gym space gave me a good time too. The other thing is when i needed Turismo information i had good advises

  Personally, I really liked this place, its a nice hotel in a good area. Via Argentina full of restaurants, coffee shops and pretty safe. People in the hotel are really nice and helped me a lot, everyone is friendly and kind. Hotel itself is comfortable and clean. I would like to visit this hotel next time when I will be in Panama.

  I cannot say enough about the front desk staff person. He was so kind about fixing a mistake I made. And traveling with a toddler is never easy, but we were allowed early check in, which was really above and beyond what we hoped for. All the stars for this stellar experience!!
