  High rise hotel close to an amazing mall.

  The Ramada Plaza in Panama was an amazing place to stay. We have stayed several times in Panama and this hotel was our favorite location. It is located very close to a gigantic beautiful Multiplaza mall. We want to stay there again, because it was super nice. Also the air conditioning worked well and we were cool.

  I travel to Panama City frequently for medical treatment for a friend. This hotel is our favorite place to stay. It's clean, quiet, and the breakfast is excellent. Also, the staff is top notch. They've always helped me when I had special issues with my sick friend. For example, the restaurant allowed us to store ice packs in their refrigerator and provided soft foods. This is an outstanding hotel.

  Nice Hotel, Great Staff, Areas for Improvement

  The hotel was in a great area. The buffet breakfast was good except the boiled egg section. The instructions wasn’t always available, nor the check and people often put their eggs when your eggs were boiling and didn’t label theirs, but wait, they didn’t know how to. Why don’t you just boil the eggs? The front desk staff were great and very accommodating, as well as most of the restaurant staff. A special shout out to Rafael and to Harold in the restaurant who is one of the hardest workers I encounter and a great leader. The person who was on schedule when he wasn’t there was not very good. The rooms were clean and spacious, however was not designed the way I envisioned. There is so much unused space in the sitting area, not enough outlets, closet hangers are only on one half of the closet and can’t be removed to the other side which is weird and refrigerator (regular) and a microwave and the cover on the ironing board is not good because the pattern on the ironing board became a pattern on my shirt. I sent an email about this, however the hotel did not respond. The hotel sent me an email once I booked offering roundtrip transportation which I was interested in. I responded and they never did.   Excellently located at a walking distance from Multiplaza Shopping Mall. Rooms are very clean and spacious, the bed is super comfortable. The gym is right next to the pool and is available at night. The restaurant is also very good. Carlos was a great host.
