The hotel is far from the center, and although Uber is quite cheap (by European standards), I would recommend staying in a hotel closer to the city center so you can explore the old town. The hotel and decor are modern, but the rooms have carpet, which I consider to be outdated and less positive. The staff is not particularly friendly or helpful.

Great hotel, service, rooms and. Breakfast were excellent … near town via uber … there one night and were very comfortable.

The service and food was amazing. Always had my breakfast order ready, as soon as they saw me. They serve with a smile. Would definitely recommend to others.

The hotel was located a bit away from the cultural center of Arequipa, so, if you are there to sightsee, it will be a bit far from all the tourist attractions.The staff, especially those in the reception, is attentive and helpful. If you have any questions you have about Arequipa or where to go, they will be on top of it to help out.
