    Lovely hotel in Cusco

    We stayed here just one night, but it was great! Very comfortable, spacious room. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and even packed us a lunch to take with us since we had to leave before breakfast opened up! Would recommend this to anyone visiting Cusco!

    The rooms are a nice size, beds are comfy and the room, although on the street side, was quiet. The staff were all lovely! And as someone else mentioned, the location is very central.On the minus side, the hotel is looking a little tired, and the room could have been cleaner. It was dusty, and the bathroom was not well scrubbed. Weirdly, the bathroom counter extended over the toilet, so the seat wouldn’t stay up unless you held it up.

    The good, the bad and the ugly… the good- location is awesome, very close to the major attractions, restaurants and shopping. The bed was comfy, the bedding was very nice and starchy…The bad: that’s not a 5 star rating place for sure! We had breakfast included with our reservation. The same menu for 3 days! Eggs scrambled or omelette, coffee, a yogurt with some granola cereal and juice. No cheese, no any cold cuts, nothing! The room safety box didn't work and even after we complained we were told that they can’t fix it for now. The wifi is non existent. Good thing we had a data plan on our phones but if you rely on a free wifi there- we couldn’t load a FB page. The ugly: It was filthy plain and simple! Started with us trying to place our clothes into the closet, discovered a layer of dust there, havnt been cleaned in a months! Then the curtains… wife started to sneeze trying to close them for the night from all the dust…Towels were ripped, old and smelly. The shower barely trickled any water thru it until I literally took the shower head off and cleaned all the sand from the filter screen inside it. The place definitely lack major maintenance!

    One, and only one good thing about this hotel is the location, the rest is simply terrible. From the reception desk to check in to badly kept rooms and mediocre breakfast, I would say Stay Away from this hotel. Dirty, smelly rooms, bad service, very limited communication in English and they don’t even try to accommodate you. Just shrug their shoulders and go on with their lives.

    Ultra clean. Modern. Great location in Cusco. Edgar the manager takes great care of guests and Sheryl help provide for breakfast needs and runs the property's nice coffee shop. The value of this property cannot be overstated. We were very pleased with our stay, the service and their attention to detail.
