  Amazing hotel with helpful and kind service ❤️

  The hotel was superb, clean and organised. Breakfast services and coca tea, also can within retreat diets as required. Staff were superhelpful, they know their stuff and have trustworthy connections re taxi rides and partner hotels etc. Would highly recommend.   Brilliant Hotel. Stay here if you can

  Brilliant hotel. Clean,comfortable and close to all places of interest . Great breakfast buffet . However what makes this hotel so good is the staff. All are so friendly and helpful. However must make special mention of Melinda on reception. When we arrived l left my rucksack in the taxi. Melinda made numerous efforts to contact the driver. She succeded and the taxi driver brought my bag to the hotel l cannot praise or thank Melinda enough.   Out of the fray, but close to the important things in a unique, local hotel

  The Atoq San Blas hotel was an extraordinary experience. From the excellent communication that led to my airport pickup, to the warm welcome on arrival, to the friendly service along the way, you feel taken care of by a great team. It's in the artisan district of San Blas, which is a great introduction to the culture of Cusco. The city is very walkable, even if the streets seem to change names without warning. Atoq's breakfast features eggs, proteins, cheese, fruit, great coffee, and breads in a cozy dining area. The room overlooking the city is well-sized, clean and has a strong shower (one of my main considerations). And best of all, it's very reasonably priced! You can stay at a big hotel chain for more if that's your vibe, but Atoq gives you an authentic view into Cusco at half the price. The only downside I can think of is that the cars do like to honk their horns, but I suspect this is true of almost every hotel in Cusco, and it stops between 9 and 10 pm. If I come back to Cusco, I will definitely stay here again.
