    We stayed two nights. Location is very good and close to San Blas. Everything clean, comfortable and a good communication in general.     I stayed here at the beginning of June (their winter) for 4 nights. This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone. Please, let me explain. The hotel has NO heat. I woke up to 39°F. The windows in the bathroom are louvered or jalousied windows. They don’t close the whole way which makes the room even more cold. I thought I could warm up by taking a hot shower, but there was NO hot water. Finally on the third day, we figured out that if you want hot water, you have to take a shower late in the afternoon when no one was there. We told the staff that we didn’t need house keeping while we were there, yet ever day they entered our rooms just to make the bed. They didn’t replace any towels or sheets. On the third day we asked for clean towels and the lady was upset that we asked for clean towels. All of the electrical outlets were loose. If you plugged something in, you had to move it around to a certain angle to get it to work and hopefully it didn’t fall out. The curtains in the room did not block out any light. There were dogs barking outside the window all night long, which was very loud with the open windows. For breakfast they served cold coffee and a cold one egg omelet with bread. The overall general appearance of the hotel is updated (not the windows) and clean. This hotel also has good WiFi. I know the hotel industry has struggled throughout this pandemic. I hope I have explained this hotel well and it gives you an idea of what to expect.

    A beautiful quiet hotel 😀

    My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Ayenda Cascada Del Inka in Cusco and we really enjoyed our stay. I made a mistake and thought we were at a different hotel and the manager from that hotel phoned Delphine at the Ayenda Cascada and after explaining my mistake Delphine rushed to pick us up in her car! What a sweet gesture! The staff at the Ayenda Cascada del Inka was kind and really helpful. Our large bedroom had a private bathroom and up to date solar heated hot water, awesome! The room also had a flat screen TV which we had no time to watch but it was great! We especially appreciated the evening hotel manager as he got up very early to lock up after we left for Rainbow mountain. We also appreciated the tasty breakfast. Although This hotel is up the hill from the Plaza de Armas it is really worth the extra steps as it was quiet, clean and the staff was wonderful! Merci!

    Sweet Spot in Cusco

    Cascade del Inka is a sweet spot in Cusco! The hotel is convenient to everything you’ll want to do during your visit to Cusco. It is beautiful, clean and excellently maintained.I was so happy when I discovered that there are Inca ruins right across the street from the hotel. I could see them and hear the waterfall from my room! It made for amazing ambiance and got my visit off to a great start!The staff is friendly and professional! The rooms are very nicely decorated and spacious with large bathrooms, nice full tiled walk in showers with plenty of hot water. The beds are amazing! They are comparable to the beds at the super expensive 5 star hotels. This is very important to me when I travel.Honestly, I have nothing but praise for Cascada Del Inka. I have stayed here 3 times and I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit. This is my go to hotel when I visit Cusco!     Nice location, just outside the old center but you can walk to the the Plaza del Armas. The rooms are good, great bed and hot shower. It was a little bit cold in the building but that's everywhere in Cusco in this period. Good hotel for a good price!
