    I had an amazing time staying here for 4 days and 3 nights. Has a nice view if you get the balcony and it is very well located just like. 5-6 min walk to get to plaza de armas. Beds were super cozy during this season of cold and what stood out was the customer service provided by Oliver in reception. We would come back super late after tours and tired and he would always greet us with a smile and whenever we had some questions he was happy to help that being when we asked directions, needed new batteries on a remote, or consulting on what tours to take or places to go eat.

    I highly recommend this hotel, it is very close to the square and the market restaurants, excellent location and super clean rooms, has the most attentive staff in cleaning and cafeteria also want to highlight the attention of the receptionists especially Ana a super friendly and attentive person.

    The hotel is average, it has a good location, the food is good but the wifi is very slow, the bathroom is basic, it is very cheap and the service is good, we were well attended by a girl at the reception, I think her name was Shayla, in general the accommodation is good if you do not have a lot of money to stay in Cusco

    This hotel is centrally located, affordable, and very clean. The staff is absolutely amazing, with the front desk attendants speaking excellent English. We stayed for a total of 4 nights here, and Livia ran the desk for the majority of the time during waking hours. She was so sweet and helpful. We used the free baggage storage multiple times during our trip, and it was a lifesaver!

    Close to everything. Only a few blocks from the biggest most famous Plaza de Armas where you can find many restaurants and shops.It’s right in front of the Precolumbiano Art Museum as well.Jackeline at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful.
