    Enjoyable stay, great value

    Manager (owner?) was fantastic, so gracious and generous. Stayed two nights, with one day at Machu Picchu between them, and he keep our luggage, as well as during first and last day pre-check-in and post-checkout. Arranged taxies and carried our bags out to the car. All the staff and breakfast were well above average. Bring earplugs for sleeping, you are right on the city square. Picture is of city square from breakfast balcony.

    The hotel sits in an unbeatable location —just a 20-minute drive from the airport and right on the Plaza de Armas, offering beautiful views of the square. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always eager to help.Do note: evenings can get a little noisy due to the plaza’s buzz, so packing earplugs might be a smart move. We stayed there for 4 nights during the Cusco festival and luckily our room was off the street, so the noise wasn’t affecting our sleep too much, plus we were too tired from hiking and sightseeing.Breakfast, served from 6:00 to 10:00, was generous and varied—eggs, meats, pastries, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, and cereals, plus a coffee bar and delicious fresh juices (orange, papaya, and pineapple). We also ate lunch and dinner at our hotel, food was delicious both times.There’s also a lovely rooftop terrace that stays open until 10 PM—a perfect spot to unwind after a long day.All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Plaza de Armas and will choose to stay here again in a heartbeat.

    We loved our stay at Plaza de Armas Hotel—it’s honestly hard to imagine a better location in Cusco. Right on the main square, with everything from restaurants to museums just steps away, it made exploring the city so easy.The hotel has a clean, modern feel. Our room was bright and comfortable, with a great shower, cozy bed, and nice extras like coca tea, bottled water, and good Wi-Fi. The rooftop terrace offers amazing views over the city. There’s also a little café balcony where we enjoyed breakfast with a view on the plaza.If you're looking for a super central, comfortable place to stay in Cusco, this is a great pick.

    vibrant plaza which is surrounded with cathedral and basilica. Shopping areas eater is small, souviner. Shops lot of people taking the Lama for the photo I think it's a vibrant vibrant plays which you must-visit when in Costco the Kathi drell. Especially is a must-visit. To see the combination of the Aneian and the spanish cultures together in the premises..painting photos or videos are not permitted

    The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the main plaza. They also have a very nice restaurant which overlooks the plaza (this is where breakfast is served). I ordered room service a few times & everything was always delicious.The rooms are on the smaller side but it had a very cozy feeling. The beds & pillows are very comfortable & the room (& housekeeping) was very clean.The staff are also super friendly & helpful.As a solo female traveler, I felt really safe at this hotel. Even though there was a public restaurant, you needed a room key to enter the floor with guest rooms. The hotel also had a rooftop bar / lounge which provided excellent views.The breakfast was small but it contained everything needed. They dont have all the food / pastries out at 6AM, so it's better to come at 6.30AM . If you have an early tour, the hotel will pack you a breakfast to go (with a sandwich, fruit, snack & juice)Overall, I would recommend this hotel!
