    Beautiful experience through this hotel and Mrs Doris from Kushka Travel Expedition to enjoy all what Peru had to offer.The hotel employees were very caring and the travel Agency took our well being in mind when arranging the tour to get used to the altitude. I recommend highly this travel agency since they were caring, proffesional and on time delivering as well the Hotel Imperial Cuzco for people who wants to have a clean place to just sleep.Thank you.My trip was pre- CovidJudy

    The hotel is very nice and clean and within walking distance to the Plaza de Armas and Koricancha. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also quiet which made resting at night very pleasant.

    We stayed for 2 nights with a group of 30 students. Rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly, and diligent at all times. Breakfast was ok. They have good hot water unlike other hotels on the area. I only had one problem with the bathroom but they fixed it promptly. Beds were comfortable, finally good pillows not the inka pillows (hard as rock). Size of the rooms are great. I had a single room with a king size bed. My students were very happy with their rooms as well. Very family friendly. WiFi was not the best, but it worked fine. Location is awesome. Walking distance to El Sol Avenue and the main square. I would definitely recommend the stay but try to have dinner somewhere else.

    We were here with over 60 people in our school group. They accommodated our late departure and feeding all of us at once. Food was great and everyone was so nice helping us come and go and helping with our sick kiddos.

    I was there with my family this month. The hotel is nice and cozy. It’s not in the heart of downtown, but we were able to walk to all the important sites to visit. The hotel is very clean and the beds are cozy. They have breakfast ready very early in the morning, so you can start your day. My family loved to go out in tha patio and pet the alpacas they have there.We were able to leave our big luggage with them, while we visited Machu Pichu.
