    Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff are amazing, and can truly support you during your stay in Cusco. The food was excellent and the beds are very comfortable

    Great staff, clean and spacious rooms and good facilities. We stayed at this hotel twice in our 7 days trip to Cusco. Starting from airport pickup to drop everything went very smooth. We had to leave our luggage at the hotel when we left for our Machu Pichu hike and another activity. The staff was available 24*7 to help us with our luggage. I particularly liked their garden and spaces to relax.

    Imagine a monastery converted to a hotel, and the hotel delivers. Beautiful gardens, Spanish details of colonial architecture. Fantastic location next to the huge San Pedro Mercado for last minute tourist gifts, but one of the best features is everything is in walking distance. The hotel also offers an excellent restaurant, beautiful buffet breakfast, and a spa with message services you won't want to miss. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodated all our questions.

    Everyone at the hotel was nice. Breakfast was good and had plenty of choice. The location is convenient, but very busy. Right across the street from San Pedro market which is a pro and con. This is the only hotel we stayed at that didn't provide free water in the room. If you're staying here there's a grocery store across the street which has the best prices for water. We did utilize their laundry service, charged a few soles per individual piece you wanted laundered. The biggest negative was the shower. It had to run forever to get even luke warm, wouldn't stay here again as a result.

    The location is great and the hotel is lovely, but the bed is as hard as a rock and unfortunately, we had a street facing room so lots of car noise, people noise, dogs barking, etc. late into the night. The front desk staff were friendly though and the breakfast was nice! A softer bed and a courtyard facing room would have me writing a 5 star review!
