  Staff was great and accommodating to our varied schedule. Restaurant had plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner. Premises were always well kept and cleaned. WiFi was spotty in our bottom floor room but manageable as it reconnected relatively quickly.   Wonderful hotel on Cusco

  I had such a nice stay at this hotel. The place is very clean, beds super soft, pillows are heavenly. Breakfast was complementary and so delicous.   This hotel surpassed all my expectations!! This is one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment I checked in to out, every person there was incredibly friendly. On my last night, I ordered food to my room because I had altitude sickness. Darwin was SO kind to me. The dinner at the restaurant was the best meal I had in Cusco. I stayed in a junior suite and I recommend that because it’s not in the main lobby so I think it may be quieter. Yulisa at the front desk was so kind to me! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!   I absolutely loved the Munay Wasi Inn. From start to finish they were top-notch. The rooms feel authentically Peruvian, but with plenty of creature comforts like plenty of outlets around the bed and bathroom countertops adequate for putting your toiletries. There is a safe in every room. There’s a desk for doing work. But mostly in the room, it’s the bed. They are incredibly comfortable. Like I didn’t want to get out of the bed - it was so comfy. And then and most of all the people are 100% customer focused. On the first day I arrived. There was a very strong cleaning scent in the room. It was very irritating to my lungs, probably b/c I had a cold. They immediately provided a fan to clear the air. I also requested a room without that scent when I came back after Aguascalientes. When I returned, I was greeted by name and given a room that had no odors at all. They are so accommodating. I had some laundry I left when I checked out before my gap day - and of course it was ready for me to pick up when I checked back in. A doorman would take your bags up and bring them back down. (Huge plus for meB/c I am not traveling light!) They had breakfast. They would make you a box breakfast if you had to leave early. They had absolutely amazing dinners. I just can’t give them enough praise. So keep that hotel at the top of your list for Cusco!
