    This is a sensational hotel, the staff are all helpful, friendly, and most speak english, a bonus, shout out to John on front desk, very helpful and friendly, we had a room overlooking main courtyard (historic room), be aware it can be noisy at night, however, well appointed and plenty of room, main courtyard is beautiful and the vista is stunning, breakfast was excellent with great variety and staff efficient and quick, really cannot fault this place, plus the location is fantastic Reservas Novotel, Guest Services / Front Office at Novotel Cusco, responded to this review Dear Ianh,Thank you for the great review of our hotel!     Frontage looks very small and you may likely miss it. But it enters into a lovely covered courtyard and expands further in with another courtyard. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food reasonable and good. Good and comfortable stay with nice firm beds. Short walk to the main square.
