    From the carriage of luggage from the airport to the rooms to the super breakfast each morning, varied evening menu, where both Gary and Novelia were always attentive, cheerful and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble and the even assisted with our limited Spanish. Thank you and keep it up.

    I would stay here again and again!! We arrived in the morning, after a long international flight. They picked us up at the airport and welcomed us with drinks and snacks. Our room, understandably not ready as it was 10a. They have a lovely lobby with plenty of places to relax. We were going to walk around and might have fallen asleep for a little bit. Before we left to check out the area, they told us our room was ready!! I love the hotel atmosphere - feels like I am being pampered ?? I want to add our driver “Willy” was super great with helpfulness and information. One of our highlights was Marianela!! She is around the hotel in different places offering assistance or answering questions. Some of the time we found her (and her mom??) in the lobby knitting items that can be purchased. I love my sweater and our hats ?? thank you for an amazing start to our vacation!!
