    Lovely hotel

    The location was lovely with good restaurants banks and shopping close by. They were generous enough to allow us a slightly early check in as we’d been up since very very early. The front desk was helpful and accomodating and their English was good but they would also help us w our limited Spanish. Lunch is very inexpensive. Breakfast good. It was a little warm in our room so they sent someone to fix the fan aircon.

    We stayed two nights at this well located hotel. The rooms were large and clean and comfortable. Although not a huge selection, breakfast (and coffee) was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are some nice cafes close to the hotel. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

    Love you his place, very clean and tidy.The location is fantastic, walking distance from all the major attractions and shops in Miraflores.

    Location is good. Convenient yet safe. Many restaurants nearby. A dollar store within walking distance.Room is very spacious. Besides a desk and a chair, there is also a small round table with 2 chairs providing extra seatings. We gave 2 double beds, and still got room beside the beds for suitcases.Breakfast is good. The room is very clean and spacious. Service is minimal, but enough and attentive. It has all kinds of healthy grains for breakfast.Lobby area is small, but quite. Staff is friendly.There is a water refill station on the main floor Overall, 4 stars.

    Ok hotel, poor management decisions

    Do not book here. First, breakfast was not good considering Peru is a good gastronomic destination and this is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel, which barely scratches 3 stars at most. Second of all, their taxi was expensive and took super long to pick us up from the hotel, they said 10 minutes and it came in 25 minutes. But wait, there is more! They have some sort of button to open and close the main door as if we are in a prison facility. I have traveled and stayed in multiple hotels (and even motels) all over the planet and this is the first time I see this in one, did not like this one bit. Also, they turn off the A/C at nights and Lima can get hot at times. Clearly, they need a new management team since they have no clue what they are doing or they happen to be incredibly incompetent at running a business. I'd avoid at all costs.
