  Construction outside and inside the hotel

  Book for a week. Arrived to loud construction noise. Was told they are renovating upper two floors of the 5-floor hotel, M-F 9-5 and Sat. am. No mention of this on their current website. No advance notice given at booking, or prior to check-in. Banging sounds from inside room on second floor is very loud. Since my schedule outside the hotel is from 1 pm, I am paying for a room I can’t use at least 3 hours each day. They also did not mention the construction happening on the street right outside the hotel, with jackhammers and large excavators. This is happening in the evening and night, until 1 am. This means the room is not enjoyable in the evening either. Hotel offers no discounts or other to compensate. Rooms are a good size and have mini-frig. Laundry service but no fitness center. Lovely park across the street. Breakfast included, typical of most hotels. Bit of a walk to restaurants, cafes, shopping. Reasonable value for money at current rates if not for noise. Rating would be higher if not for construction.

  Great staff, clean and cheap hotel.

  This is a great little hotel with value for money. The restaurant and bar are a bit on the simple side, but food is ok,and staff are very friendly. The room was big(junior suite) and had a jacuzzi in the bed room. The room was very clean and well furnished, but felt a bit industrial. A few pictures, perhaps a couple of pillows and some less boring curtains could have made it WAY more cozy. It is in a quiet residential area,so we felt safe to walk around, even at night. Staff is very friendly and did everything to make sure that we were well taken care of. They have their own chauffeur,that you could book ahead of time, and he took us pretty much everywhere. 20 dollars to or from the airport is a good price. If you are staying in the San Isidro area this is a good place to stay.

  Very good hotel ! The staff is awesome, making a great environment! Is very close to everything in the neighborhood! The room is very clean, with high quality stuff, comfortable beds and nice restroom! The restaurant is excellent also. I highly recommend! Even more if you’re in a business trip!

  Short two day Business trip to Lima with two colleagues.

  Never stayed in this hotel, was recommended by our customer (walking distance). Hotel is in a nice part of town, and walking distance to many companies, and many nice places to eat. I had a junior suite, very large. Room had been completely re-done in the recent past, bed was great, bath was large and shower was hot, good water flow. Nice desk, in room frig with in room snacks, etc. Staff was REALLY good, and attentive. Room prices were very competitive. I had only two issues. Main problem was noise. My room was on the main street, and windows were old. Noise at on first night kept me from sleeping. Solved that with ear plugs subsequent nights. Room was also cold, as it was winter, no heat. Use hair dryer to heat bath, and was fine. Sleeping in somewhat cold room with great comforter on bed was good. Nice breakfast buffet, also ate lunch in restaurant, and they have great stuffed avocado. Small bar, with good wines at GREAT prices.

  It is value for money, clean and tidy. A number of taxi passes the property. We took taxi most of the time and not aware of public transport nearby. Free water bottle. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Location is safe in residential area.Water pressure for shower - hot water came slowly. basic hotel and restaurant too.
