    The location is great, the rates are competitive, and the service is excellent.

    We arrived very late due to airline and airport delays, and we were met by Marco and José - and they made us feel immediately relaxed and at home. The following morning, we had the most lovely breakfast served by Clara and Antonio - cheerful, helpful, kind, and attentive. Later that day, we were helped by Maria and Augusto, who were equally upbeat and helpful. Through our week, the staff have been extraordinary without exception. The location is great, the rates are competitive, and the service is excellent. We love this place and we’re certain you will, too!     My stay was amazing. Both checkin and checkout was smooth. Staff was good and helpful with all my needs and their English was good. The breakfast was healthy with fruits but lacked variety. But all in all, a good hotel. They also had a small gym so bonus points Fabiola Ly, Director General at Xima Hotels Peru, responded to this review Thank you for your kind review!     We had a wonderful stay at hotel Estalar in San Isidro, Lima. We are a family of 6 and they had two rooms ready for us upon arrival, also facilitated one hour late check out and held our luggage.
