    I decided to take a birthday trip and chose this hotel because the executive suite has an amazing tub/shower so innovative state of the art I'm telling you the experience just showering in the tub was amazing and so worth it All of the staff here was so accommodating so friendly and their customer service was A1 they made me feel like pure royalty I was so grateful that I chose this hotel out of all the hotels I could have chose to come here to stay on top of every morning we had fresh juice and fruit I love their continental breakfast setup if you looking for an amazing experience this is the hotel The people are great the food was great the service was great I have no complaints

    The noise in the hotel is so loud you cannot even sleep at all. There’s loud music along with microphones being all day long.

    Camila and Stepffanie were awesome receptionist help with whenever question I had never bothered no matter what time of the day it was and provided me with a lot of very useful information on my 4 day trip to Lima.

    the staying in this hotel was great, the crew was kind and nice, the cleaning was great and the breakfast was very good. highly recommend this place. they let us storage our bags until the Check in, and the location was nice and safe. thank you for a good experience.
